All sales are final. MARENA DIGITAL LTD operates a strict no-refund policy. Once a purchase or subscription payment has been processed, it is non-refundable under all standard circumstances.
Our products are digital software services. Upon purchase, access to the software, its features, and the underlying infrastructure is granted immediately and cannot be physically returned. For this reason, we do not issue refunds once payment has been completed and access has been provided.
A refund may be processed only in the following cases:
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts already charged.
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank in relation to a valid, policy-compliant charge constitutes a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access upon receipt of a fraudulent chargeback and may pursue recovery through applicable legal channels.

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Financial records are retained for seven years in accordance with HMRC requirements. Support communications are retained for three years.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with processors acting on our behalf under signed data processing agreements — including Stripe for payments and our cloud infrastructure provider for hosting. No personal data is shared with advertisers.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and MARENA DIGITAL LTD (Company No. 17301405), with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using any Marena Digital product, you accept these Terms in full.
We provide digital software products on a subscription or one-time licence basis. Access is granted upon receipt of cleared payment and continues for the duration of the agreed billing period.
You agree not to use our products to: violate any applicable law or regulation; transmit malware or harmful code; attempt to access systems or data beyond your authorised scope; scrape or extract data at scale without written consent; or infringe any intellectual property right.
All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and exclude VAT where applicable. Billing is managed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically at each renewal. All charges are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
All software, documentation, trademarks, and materials made available by us are the exclusive property of MARENA DIGITAL LTD. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the relevant product solely for your internal business purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MARENA DIGITAL LTD shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our products. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the ninety (90) days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. Continued use of our products after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
